Organize your Telegram contacts or chats with the help of iMe’s Topic feature
Do you often find yourself swimming in a sea of chats, making it a daunting task to navigate through them all and find the conversations you need?
iMe’s “topics” feature is here to solve your problem! “Topics” are like filters that allow you to effortlessly categorize and sort your chats, even within your existing folders. If you have multiple folders with dozens of chats within each, you know that it may be a struggle. You can assign several topics to any chat or channel, and it will help you to achieve the next level of chat organization and efficiency.
To enable this on Android:
1. Go to “Settings” — “Topics”
2. In “Topics” click on the slider next to “Topics bar” to enable the function.
3. Then, you can create “Topics” by pressing “Create new topic” in the same “Settings’ “ section or by selecting multiple chats in the “All Chats” section on your main screen and then pressing the ‘star in a circle’ button in the top menu.
4. Alternatively, you can add channels to topics separately by pressing three dots in the top right corner when in chat and then “Select Topic”
For iOS:
1. Go to “Settings” — “Topics”
2. In “Topics” click on the slider next to “Topics bar” to enable the function.
3. Then, you can create “Topics” by pressing “Create new topic” in the same “Settings’ “ section or by selecting multiple chats after pressing “Edit” in “Chats” on your main screen and then pressing three dots in the top right corner and “Add to topic”
4. Alternatively, you can add channels or chats to topics separately by pressing on the chat name while you are in the chat you want to add to a “Topic”. Then you need to press “Add topic” there.
